Great training, beautiful and clean facilities. I find the training concept very good; on the one hand, you learn your own limits, and on the other hand, you try to overcome them. Highly recommended. Super friendly team.

Becci and Lisa offer fantastic training. They're very friendly and nice, and the training sessions are always top-notch. They pay close attention to proper form, making each session a highlight.

The trial training session was intense and clearly highlighted my own body's weaknesses. Thanks to the holistic approach and the additional program offered, including nutritional coaching, I'm finally receiving guidance and support to achieve my goals and hopefully maintain them long-term. Thank you for the fantastic introduction to this completely different way of training and getting fit! See you again :-)

I really enjoyed it. I went for a free trial session and the two trainers gave me excellent support. The equipment is modern and the studio is very clean. I can especially recommend it to people who like to train in small groups or on their own.

We've been working with Becci and Lisa for years and can only recommend the EMS system they offer. Entertaining, varied, and highly effective training... visible results after a short time... we wouldn't want to be without it.

Great and varied training. Becci and Lisa always pay close attention to proper form and motivate you in a wonderfully natural way, especially when you're feeling completely exhausted :-). Anyone who wants can get a comprehensive consultation; I personally value that and trust them because of their training and extensive experience. I always look forward to the next training session, even though the girls really push you :-). Oh, and everything there is bright, tidy, and clean!

Great workout! The best trainers there are! 20 minutes of training that really packs a punch, because this isn't just about putting on a vest and squatting. Even in group training sessions, the trainers give you individual attention.

Becci and Lisa are very friendly and competent trainers. The training is fantastic and perfect for me, as I have little time but still want to exercise effectively. They motivate you in a wonderfully natural way, even when you think you can't go on anymore ;-) The atmosphere is relaxed. You always meet new faces – great people. Everything is super clean and beautiful there; I highly recommend it.

I'm very grateful to the fantastic team for the dramatic improvement in my chronic back pain thanks to the gentle and professional training under supervision. I hadn't dared to take this path for a long time, but it was absolutely worth it! Superb individualized care that takes every physical limitation into account, takes my complaints seriously, and makes me feel like I'm in exactly the right place. If I'd known this earlier, I could have saved myself a lot of trial and error in other facilities. I felt much better physically after a relatively short period of training, and I continue to go there with joy because it's good for me and, above all, a lot of fun.
